The British actor, Tom Felton, shared a nostalgic "Wizarding world selfie" on Instagram on Dec. 9, capturing a mini-reunion of his Harry Potter co-stars. Felton, famously recognized for his portrayal of the sly Slytherin Draco Malfoy, donned a green Slytherin scarf for the occasion. Surrounding him were familiar faces like Devon Murray (Seamus Finnegan), Scarlett Hefner (Pansy Parkinson), Stanislav Yanevski (Viktor Krum), and Louis Cordice (Blaise Zabini). Also joining the photo were Natalia Tena (Tonks), Jamie Campbell Bower (young Gellert Grindelwald), Fantastic Beasts star Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski), and Predrag Bjelac (Igor Karkaroff).
Despite Felton’s caption, the reunion didn’t take place at the Wizarding World theme park but during the Enter the Wizarding World 2 Convention in Paris, France, on Nov. 23.
Tom Felton has a history of delighting fans with cast reunions. In January, he shared a touching black-and-white photo with Matthew Lewis, who played Neville Longbottom, captioning it, '' Gryffindork or not - I love this man very much.'' The pair reunited again in August for a charity cricket match honoring former Potter stuntman David Holmes.
Felton’s reunion follows the core cast’s appearance in the Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts special in 2022, where Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson, Rupert Grint, and others reflected on their decade-long journey of bringing the magical world to life. This ongoing connection between the cast members and their fans continues to keep the magic alive, even years after the series concluded.
Tom Felton’s continued efforts to celebrate the Harry Potter legacy remind fans why this franchise remains such a cherished part of pop culture.
