The Twilight movie, based on the book saga by Stephenie Meyer, captivated millions of young viewers with a beautiful love story between a simple high school girl and a mysterious vampire. The Twilight universe has its own laws and rules by which mystical creatures live. But some details of the franchise seem strange to fans, because they violate the logic of the vampire world.
In one of the scenes, the vampire James, Victoria's beloved, shows the audience his naked torso. If you look closely, you can see a tattoo on his thigh.
However, the film repeatedly emphasizes that vampires have the ability to instantly heal and regenerate. Any scars, scratches or damage to their skin disappear without a trace. This is confirmed by the scene where Bella, having turned into a vampire, completely recovers after a difficult birth.

If James wanted to get a tattoo, it would heal on him instantly. But why do we see the drawing on the character's body? Is there a hidden meaning to it?
The answer is obvious. This is a real tattoo of actor Cam Gigandet. And the filmmakers simply did not bother to disguise it.
