After 12 weeks of boardroom clashes, business pitches and brisk walks through Canary Wharf, The Apprentice 2025 has found its winner: Dean Franklin. The 34-year-old air conditioning entrepreneur secured Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment with his company Domesticool, edging out finalist Anisa Khan — whose bold Indian pizza concept turned heads, but not quite enough.
This year’s series ran from January 30 to April 17, with 18 candidates vying for the top spot over the course of 12 episodes. Familiar faces like Alan Sugar, Karen Brady, and Tim Campbell returned, guiding (and grilling) contestants as always.
As for the franchise? It’s come a long way since 2005. Past winners include Tim Campbell, Harpreet Kaur, Marnie Swindells, and Rachel Woolford — all leaving their own business footprints post-show. And with the next series likely already brewing, it seems the hunt for Britain’s next boardroom star is far from over.
