Apple TV+ has released a full trailer for the second season of the sci-fi drama ‘Severance,’ which follows office workers who have split their personalities in two. The new season will consist of ten episodes.
In the storyline, Mark Scout, played by Adam Scott, returns to Lumon Industries, where he sorts macrodata. The unique aspect of this company is that its employees undergo a special procedure that isolates their personal lives from their professional activities.
Milchick (Tramell Tillman) visits Mark S. outside of work and persuades him to return to the office after the events shown in the first season. Influenced by his colleagues Helly (Brittany Lowear), Dylan (Zach Cherry), and Irving (John Turturro), Mark begins to question the purpose of their work at Lumon.
At the end of the debut season, it was revealed that Mark's wife, Gemma (Dichen Lachman), is actually alive and working as a consultant at Lumon under the guise of Miss Casey. Meanwhile, Dylan discovers that he has a child, and Irving experiences a heart attack upon seeing that Bert (Christopher Walken) is married. Finally, Helly learns that she is the daughter of the CEO of Lumen.
