The projects span different genres.

In January, Netflix disappointed some of its subscribers. First, the platform raised its subscription prices, and second, it didn’t release many exciting projects. Now, fans are hoping that February will bring some interesting new releases. At least three upcoming projects have generated significant buzz online.

Based on the 1984 film The Karate Kid, Cobra Kai became a huge hit on Netflix. The first five episodes of season six were released in June of last year, followed by another five in November. The remaining episodes will drop on February 13. Due to this stretched-out release schedule, the premiere of the new Karate Kid feature film had to be postponed. Originally set for December 2024, the movie will now be released in theaters on May 30, 2025.
